I'mĀ Chad Eaves
One of my earliest memories is of my father coming from work when he was a young Air Force officer working creating the B-1 bomber. He would say how the engineers and scientists could make that plane do amazing things (for the time) but they couldnāt explain them to non-technical people.

Auto racing and cars have always been a passion of mine. Even my bed was shaped like a race car. A sad weekend in the Eaves house is when there is no Formula One race!Ā

If you see out in the "wild" there's a good chance I am drinking coffee, just had coffee, or am getting to drink some.Ā Doing so is also a great way to talk with people, old acquaintances and people who are no longer strangers.Ā

One of the things that is great about my work is I get to help people with what I've experienced and learned (in the classroom or at the school of hard knocks).Ā
This is also how I help people learn what they need to know more quickly. I love to learn, people get the solutions and help they need...that's a win-win!
